I'm an Author!

Well, kinda. I didnt really write anything. I did however publish a book of my early works in photography. I made it originally as an Xmas gift for my family, but I've decided to open it to the public as well. Take a look and buy a copy if you're so inclined. I'm not making a ton off of it, but I get a little for each copy. I've seen them and they look really nice.

Here's a link to the site to purchase one

I'm still learning all about my new camera. Here are some more shots taken along with reading the manual. I also decided to give the reverse mounting ring I bought a try

New Camera!

I just got my T1i a day ago. I've been reading through the manual and trying things as I go. So here are the first few shots from my new camera. There is so much to learn on that thing! Nothing award winning yet, just me sitting on my couch reading through the manual and shooting things within arms reach. So...one of my cats and a bottle someone left on my table

Nibru Consume You!

So I belong to an online art community known as ConceptArt.org. It's full of artists of all skill levels from pros to very beginners. Every now and again there is an epic act of crazy awesome. Enter Nibru. Some random noob posted a doodle of a character that this person sees as his guardian angel. In the thread he asked for others to draw this character as he finds it interesting what different people interpretations of this character are. Normally a post like this would be flamed and the poster ridiculed until the thread was locked. Some how, for some reason, the community answered with a flood of images. Not only that, but the pioneers of this endeavour were some of the leading pros in digital and concept art. I couldn't resist. I had a totally different image in the works but my computer randomly shut down and I lost it. So here's my Nibru doodle. Check out the full thread and see for yourself. http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=171264

Wacom back!

I just got my new tablet. I never want to be without one again, even if the lack of one did push my photography a bit. I did a doodle to celebrate

No mouse in the house

This is a logo I did for a design competition held by a company. The shape of the letters originally came from the shape of a mouse (the kind next to your key board) but it ws too complex of an idea so I made it a little cleaner and simple.

You stung me bad, what can I do? But leave the stinger in, so I wont forget you

My Wacom is dead but I managed to get a hold of a working scanner. So this was drawn and inked by hand and colored in PS.
