Dinner by apocalypse

I met up with some of my dearest friends for some dinner. I couldnt help but notice that our setting seemed a bit post apocalyptic, especially in the lighting department. An odd juxtaposition with our dinner of mussels and goat cheese macaroni and cheese.

Forget Manhattan just give me that countryside

The end of my vacation was out at the farm. There are many farms in this world but none so dear to my heart as this one. Again, there are a ton more pictures but these are what I've gotten to play with so far.

Ansel Adams I am Not....

I know the blog has been a little photo heavy of late, but I'm on vacation. And that's what people do on vacations. I've done post processing work to all of these in photoshop. These are from a day trip to Chicago with the lady. Millennium Park, Chinatown, and Sears Tower.

This panoramic is from the new observation platforms at the Sears Tower. They are retractable glass cages that extend out from the side of the building. The first step is a little freaky, but they are really cool.

Just goofing around.

Tuesday Afternoon

Playing with some more post processing of some pictures. Mostly faux lomo stuff with some more tilt shift and focus play.

Tilt Shift

A few tilt shift attempts on some photos from the ski lift thing at Summerfest.
