I helped out with an Iron Chef competition at work. I was the chef advisor for one of the four teams. My competition included the University chef and one of the IT guys that is a classically trained gourmet chef, studying at places like wherever the hell Julia Childs trained. We were only supposed to be advisors, but when I saw the school chef doing an awful lot of work on his team I stepped in and made a few dishes. My team came in second, but was favored to win.
